Wells'  Battalion  Roster

Good’s, Scanland’s, and Gillette’s Squads

.

Please send additions and/or corrections to Patricia Adkins-Rochette of Duncan OK, who made, and will continue to make, edits in red.    Haimerl's listing of the officers and his history are toward the bottom of this web page.

David L. Haimerl of Stover MO transcribed these records and stated:  "Here is a rough draft of a roster I'm creating of what I'm terming Well's Tx Commands. It is a transcription of the Confederate Service Records (CSRs) for Well's Tx Bn (which includes Scanland's Sqd & Gillette's Co.), Well's Tx Rgt and Good's Tx Bn. Unfortunately, the CSRs, especially for Well's Rgt and Good's Bn have a lot to be desired. One day I'm hoping to publish this material and if anyone feels like contributing information on any of the individuals I'd greatly appreciate it. Additionally, I have yet to go through the CSRs for the 1st Choctaw & Chickasaw Rgt which some of the men served in. Other projects are in the forefront. Also, I'll post the entire roster as my work schedule permits."
